Susan Santiglia is the founder and President of Exciting Business Ventures LTD.

Translating her early experience as an advertisting copy-writer and subsitute teacher into the expanding field of Information Technology, Ms. Santiglia served as the Customer Service and Quality Assurance Manager for a small software development company. There she not only wrote marketing and promotional materials and user guides but also trained users and quality assurance personnel.

Leveraging her exceptional writing skills, Ms. Santiglia's focus shifted to technical writing and instructional design, while she continued to hone skills in general business writing as well as creative writing and grant writing.

Bolstering her skills in the educational area, she also taught advanced SAT preparation courses for honors student and prepared a special presentation for the Belleville School System Task Force.

During her varied consulting career, Ms. Santiglia has created documents for some of world's largest corporations as well as small companies and individual artists and performers.

Ms. Santiglia graduated Seton Hall University summa cum laude and completed a Master's degree at Columbia University in New York City as a graduate fellow. She has earned certificates in grant writing and has served as an adjudicator for the Society of Technical Communication.
